* AVAIDER guarantees that orders will be dispatched in time to be delivered within the delivery times stated above unless clearly communicated otherwise. However, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery within the timescales where circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, prevent the postal service or relevant carrier from being able to make the delivery. 

On rare occasions, delivery times may be longer during periods of high demand.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE if you spend £100 or more on your order. For orders under £100, delivery charges are dependent on your location. Please see the delivery table at the top of the page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

See the delivery table at the top of this page for delivery times in your area.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday or 1pm Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after the cut off time or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

Where do you ship to?

We currently deliver to the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Rest of the World. Please see the table at the top of this page for full details. 

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Royal Mail deliver all orders. Some parcels are tracked deliveries and must be signed for on receipt.

Can my order be delivered to someone else or to a different address?

Yes. On our checkout page, you will have the option to enter an alternative shipping address and billing address. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from AVAIDER with a tracking number.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, we would first advise you to check the delivery status by tracking your Royal Mail parcel number (this would have been sent to you when the order was dispatched).

If Royal Mail are unable to resolve the matter, please email for further assistance. You must include your name, order number and Royal Mail claim number in the email along with as much detail as possible.
